Pan Pacific London hotel occupies the basement and up till level 19 of the building. It is integrated with 5-storey buildings on Devonshire Row that comprises of offices, restaurants, bars, and retail outlets.
For 1 and 2-bedroom units, the floors are high quality engineered timber in living/dining areas and hallways and carpets in the bedroom. In the kitchen, worktops and backsplash are of Volakas marble; European kitchen with matt lacquer finish door; Miele integrated appliances - fridge freezer, induction hob, concealed extractor, combination microwave oven (for 1-bedroom units), single oven (2-bedroom units), integrated microwave (2-bedroom units), dishwasher and wine cooler.
