There are 5 major designs starting from Studio (Type A1/A2/A3/A5/A6) with a gross area of 37.80 - 41.92 sqm (net area 28 - 32 sqm); 1-Bedroom (Type B1/B2/B3/B5) with a gross area of 49.96 - 64.88 sqm (net area 37 - 49 sqm); 2-Bedroom (Type C1/C2/C3) with a gross area of 72.67 - 90.96 sqm (net area 55 - 68 sqm).

The largest units are the 3-Bedroom (Type D1/D2) with a gross area of 166.61 - 186.8 sqm (net area of 125 -140 sqm) and Type D5 with a gross area of 99.81 - 106.80 sqm (net area: 75 - 80 sqm).

Tiles are used in all areas as flooring while bedrooms are fitted with imported wooden flooring. Kitchen counter tops are artificial stones and are fitted with stainless steel sink and faucet. Induction cooker, cooker hood and refrigerator/freezer are part of the appliances for the kitchen. Customized cabinets can be ordered and fitted. Other household appliances include a TV set, washing machine, split air-conditioning units and smart lock. Units are smart-home ready.

Wardrobes are customizable and motorized curtains are provided. Supporting furniture includes double bed (including bed body, headboard, and mattress), sofa and coffee table, desk and chair set and dining table and dining chair (not available in Studio units). 

Bathrooms walls are tiled, and it comes bathroom cabinet, mirror, flush toilet, stainless steel faucet, high-end shower kit and a full set of accessories including sanitary, flushing faucet, bathrobe hook, toilet paper holder and towel rack.
