There are two different designs. The smallest is the one-bedroom unit with a size of 35 – 41 sqm, while the two-bedroom units have sizes of 56 – 80 sqm.

There are three options available. The lowest cost version is the Basic fit-out option that includes flooring, walls, sanitary ware, kitchen bench, sink, air-conditioning. The next option is the fitted option with fixed furnishings like wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and built-in kitchen appliances, etc. The last option is the furnished option that will include all the basic and fitted options and loose furniture and amenities like beds, sofa, dining table and chairs, curtains, fridge, microwave, etc.
